We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support order management, issue resolution, and communication with internal teams and field representatives. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys investigating issues, navigating multiple systems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role follows clearly defined procedures and guidelines, requiring the ability to handle routine tasks while exercising good judgment to resolve customer inquiries, claims, and complaints fairly and effectively. You will also contribute to customer education efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
Job Responsibility:
Provide customer support related to sales, order processing, installations, promotions, and general inquiries
Maintain positive customer relationships through clear, timely, and professional communication
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in alignment with applicable consumer laws and internal policies
Handle order‑related tasks, including reviewing information, coordinating with representatives, and troubleshooting account issues
Support organizational initiatives to educate customers and proactively address common questions
Assist in developing and implementing improvements in response to customer survey insights
Follow established procedures and work routines while adhering to defined guidelines and documentation standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related operational support role
Ability to follow structured procedures and workflows while managing multiple priorities
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Comfortable working with internal teams, field representatives, and customers to resolve issues
Nice to have:
Experience with SAP, Oracle, WebOps, or similar order‑management/ERP systems
Strong aptitude for investigating issues (“sleuthing”), identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
Prior experience in order management, account coordination, or operations support
