Join a growing industrial supplies business with a fast-paced supportive team. Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader and joining team of 10 Customer Service Representatives to play crucial role in keeping sales office running smoothly and providing seamless Customer Experience. Varied role where no two days look the same in industrial supplies and consumables distribution.
Job Responsibility:
Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal CRM system
Manage the full order journey from entry through to dispatch and invoicing
Coordinate courier and export bookings ensuring timely delivery to customers
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email handling enquiries about orders deliveries and product details
Maintain accurate customer and product information across CMS and intranet
Requirements:
Experience in a similar Administrator or Customer Service Representative role
Willingness to learn and get stuck in
Proactive and enthusiastic
Good telephone manner
Organisational skills
Enjoy multitasking with attention to detail
Team player with high level of dedication to colleagues and customers
Nice to have:
German language skills
