Customer Service Representative

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
• Proactively communicate with customers to address and resolve sales and service issues
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Updating customer accounts
• Processing orders
• Handling and processing mailings and mail in payments
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Prior experience handling invoices is a plus
