Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a cheerful and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our largest wholesale customer account and help us uphold our "Customer First" approach.

Job Responsibility:

Delighting Customers: Respond to purchase orders, inquiries, and concerns with a smile, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence
Order Management: Accurately and timely process customer orders, despatches, and returns while conducting scheduled reviews of open orders
Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing for customers by reviewing outstanding orders to be billed
Repairs & Exchanges: Process customer repairs and exchange item services with efficiency and care
Team Support: Provide cover for the wider customer service team during holidays and absences
Timely Communication: Handle and process all enquiries across various channels, ensuring accurate and prompt responses
Order Processing: Manage orders, despatches, and returns, and keep track of consignment consumable stock items
Demonstration Kits: Administer demonstration kits, processing requests and collaborating with our warehouse team
Service Contracts: Oversee service contract requirements and maintain proactive communication with the team
Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager on service improvement initiatives and with Area Sales Managers on customer queries

Requirements:

A positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and ideally SAP
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
