In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction by managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail to maintain positive relationships and accurate records.
Job Responsibility:
Manage client accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications
Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and escalate complex issues when necessary
Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges
Communicate professionally via email and phone to address customer inquiries and provide updates
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and schedule appointments
Perform data entry tasks to ensure records are up-to-date and organized
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports and maintain account information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues and improve service
Ensure timely and accurate order entry to support seamless client experiences
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and phone interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for managing records and preparing reports
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
Capability to assist with order placement, shipment tracking, and returns
Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing client calendars
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
