Job Description:

Local company in Albuquerque is seeking PART TIME Temp help from 9/8-1/21. This is a customer service role where you will be receiving incoming calls, you will provide information and assist with any inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Receiving incoming calls
Provide information and assist with any inquiries

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Capacity to retain and apply complex information effectively
Reliable internet connection at home, excluding the use of hotspots, for remote work
Ability to provide your own headset for remote communication
Comfortable working mid-day shifts Monday through Friday
Must be able to complete onsite training and pick up equipment during the first two weeks
