Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient service from start to finish. Job Responsibility:
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
Processing orders accurately using internal systems
Preparing invoices and acknowledgements
Coordinating the quotation process and contract reviews
Supporting the external sales team with information requests
Managing returns, credits and customer claims
Keeping CRM systems updated and accurate
Liaising with colleagues across Europe to gather information for client requests
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong IT skills with good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage but not essential
Confident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
Comfortable working with systems to process data and orders
