Customer Service Representative

• Accurate processing, monitoring, and acknowledgement of customer orders and quotations within the system
• Ensuring orders are placed timely and accurately, meeting customer and operational lead-time requirements, while actively participating in process improvements
• Managing customer pricing, including maintaining updated price lists, recording special promotions, and ensuring approvals for variances
• Processing credits/debits and handling invoice queries in SAP and customer portals
• Providing telephone support and addressing product-related queries
• Supporting the sales force platform and managing email activity promptly
• Conducting weekly revenue risk reporting and attending internal functional meetings to stay aligned with team goals

• Diploma/Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English and German, with knowledge of Dutch considered a plus
• Minimum of 4-6 years of successful experience in a customer-focused role
• Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating interpersonal flexibility
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs
• Reputation for exercising good judgement and being results-focused and attentive to quality
• Proficiency in digital literacy, including excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Word
• Strong numeracy skills, particularly related to data integrity
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems
