Job Responsibility:
Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
Provide timely response to incoming benefit inquiries
Partner with other departments to help resolve their queries
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. (Multitasking)
Strong Problem Solving skills
Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
Able to work under pressure
High School Diploma Required
