Job Description:

Providing a long-term employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities include handling communications with clients, managing documentation, addressing inquiries, scheduling, and managing customer service operations. Candidates should have prior call center experience and proficiency in administrative tools.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate communication with clients and social security administrators
Handle a high volume of phone calls and email correspondences
Document interactions with clients in detail and maintain high volume documentation
Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and questions promptly and efficiently
Process paperwork related to customer service operations
Keep clients updated about any changes or updates in their accounts or services
Carry out administrative tasks as and when required
Use Microsoft Word and other software tools for order entry and scheduling appointments
Manage escalated situations timely and communicate effectively
Maintain a customer service-oriented approach while handling all duties

Requirements:

Proficient in answering inbound calls, adept at handling customer queries and complaints
Prior experience in a call center environment, providing high-quality customer service
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, effectively coordinating customer communications
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for documentation and record-keeping
Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data input
Capable of scheduling appointments, managing customer calendars and coordinating meetings
