The primary tasks of the Customer Service Representative will include writing service orders, data entry, communication to vendors/office personnel/service team, coordinating workflow, and troubleshooting any service / maintenance concerns. The position is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, and onsite.
Job Responsibility:
Greet customers, understand their concerns, and explain the necessary repairs/services
Create repair orders
Communicate with technicians
Provide estimates (calculate repair costs and communicate it to the customer)
Schedule repair jobs and optimize workflow
Review completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met, follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns
Address and resolve customer grievances and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate customer records, including profiles and repair history
Process transactions
Communicate with dealers, vendors and repair shops
