Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls and address inquiries related to the housing waitlist
Collect, organize, and process physical documents from applicants
Update and maintain accurate records within the company database
Scan and file documents to ensure proper documentation and accessibility
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and administrative tasks
Provide clear and precise communication to assist applicants throughout the process
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage reports or documentation
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service practices and efficiency
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during all interactions
Offer solutions and guidance to applicants facing challenges or questions
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume environment
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inquiries with professionalism
Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
Strong organizational skills to handle documentation and filing effectively
