Job Responsibility:

  • Contact clients by phone to schedule and confirm their furniture deliveries
  • Proactively follow up on orders and deliveries to keep clients informed on the status of their items
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team and carriers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks related to delivery coordination and client file updates

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
  • Excellent sense of customer service and a dynamic personality
  • Ability to maintain a positive approach and an engaging tone of voice
