Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service
Respond to and resolve customer feedback and complaints
Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure policies are followed
Identify issues that need escalation and ensure quick resolutions.

Requirements:

Sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology
Proficient in MS Office Suite – primarily Excel and Outlook
Resilience, boldness, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer interactions
Proficiency in adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and accurate execution
