Job Description:

Join a friendly team as a Customer Service Executive in a rapidly growing organisation based in Wortley, Leeds. This is not your typical call centre role; it's a chance to be part of a collaborative environment where teamwork thrives!

Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, creating rapport with every interaction
Respond to customer queries with efficiency and a friendly approach
Own and manage customer follow-ups, ensuring every enquiry is resolved and no question is left unanswered
Maintain up-to-date and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system, following internal processes
Assist in processing quotes, order updates, and documentation requests, working closely with our internal sales and operations teams

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication skills, both for phone and email correspondence, as well as for keeping thorough CRM notes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, with a 1-hour break
