Job Description:

Customer Service Executive role for someone early in their career looking to grow into a more established customer service position with a friendly, supportive team

Job Responsibility:

Responding to customer calls and emails
Building relationships with customers and offering tailored solutions
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Working closely with team to resolve issues
Learning about products and services to give accurate advice

Requirements:

Around 12 months' experience in an office-based customer service/admin role
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Problem-solving mindset
Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems
Driver with access to a car due to office location
