Customer Service Co-worker

• Acting as the friendly face of IKEA by greeting visitors
• Manage cash, card, and finance option payment transactions
• Processing returns and resolving customer guarantee claims
• Supporting other areas of the Customer team
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Recording information accurately in our customer database system
• Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint
• Building strong relationships with your team
• Driving the IKEA Family Reward Keys loyalty program sign-ups
