Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Support professional to join our Security team. In this role, you’ll provide world-class support to our Channel Partners and internal Sales teams across New Zealand and Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, order processing, and day-to-day support - keeping things moving smoothly, accurately, and with a strong customer focus. Whether you’re answering calls, preparing documentation, managing CRM updates, or helping resolve issues, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless experience for our partners. If you enjoy balancing detail, service, and teamwork, this is a role where you can make a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring timely, helpful support
  • Manage order entry, quoting, credits/debits, and third-party order processing
  • Prepare export and shipping documentation when required
  • Track and trace consignments and raise transport claims
  • Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in SAP C4C
  • Support Sales teams with operational tasks and updates
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product changes and new releases
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and positive team culture
  • Provide cover for team members as needed and support broader team objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or sales support (around 2 years)
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Confidence working across email, phone, CRM systems, and MS Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Experience with SAP ERP or CRM is an advantage
  • Familiarity with freight/logistics processes is beneficial
