Job Description:

Do you have a knack for customer service and an interest in logistics? If you're bilingual and looking to work in Laval, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Representative for a full-time position with a high possibility of extension or permanence. You will join the team of our client, a global leader in cement distribution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking and processing orders for pickup and delivery
  • Constantly communicating with carriers to provide real-time order tracking to customers
  • Handling daily calls and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external clients
  • Promptly addressing customer and carrier complaints, including escalation when needed
  • Monitoring carrier performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Updating files and information in SAP software
  • Collaborating with sales, logistics, carrier teams, and clients

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with SAP software
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is essential as you will be responsible for clients outside of Quebec
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of autonomy
  • A strong sense of time management and the ability to work effectively in a team
