This role involves providing top-notch customer service to users via phone, email, or social media, resolving incidents, and collaborating with the operations team. Candidates must be flexible, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of Zendesk is valuable. This is a full-time, remote position requiring fluency in Cantonese Chinese along with Spanish or English proficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily
Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations during periods of low incident resolution
Requirements:
Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions is highly valuable
Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
High Cantonese Chinese level (oral & written) and fluent in either Spanish or English
Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Are solution-oriented and reliable
Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
Are flexible
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be decisive and organized
Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company
Candidates must reside in Spain
