Your new role as English and Dutch or German customer service agent is exciting and your responsiblilties are diverse. You monitor inquires from Just Eat Takeaway partners (restaurants) that are made via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. You screen the feedback given and identify areas for AI agent improvement and discuss this with the Agent Operations team. If necessary, you step in as the 'human-in-the-loop' and continue the conversation with the partner to ensure professional and timely customer service. Your feedback helps to develop and improve the AI agent. You discuss your findings and suggestions with the Agent Operations and Data teams. All partner interaction is recorded. You use the CRM systems so records will be available for performance tracking and analysis. Your experience and expertise guarentees a positive customer journey!
