Customer Service Advisor

• Handling inbound enquiries and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and web chat
• Managing a caseload of customer queries and complaints from start to finish
• Investigating and resolving issues by liaising with internal teams and external partners
• Ensuring all communications are clear, professional, and customer-focused
• Keeping accurate records and updating systems with outcomes and resolutions
• Providing feedback to help improve customer processes and enhance service delivery

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or complaints handling role (desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
