Job Description:

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of customer service? Join our small, dynamic, and friendly Member Services team! We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to be the voice of our organisation!

Job Responsibility:

Assist with processing insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and letters with a friendly demeanour
Provide information about our products and services to help our members
Maintain excellent communication and relationships with our valued customers
Multi-task effectively while paying close attention to detail

Requirements:

Preferable experience in the insurance industry
Strong communication, time management, and computer literacy skills
Self-starter who meets or exceeds deadlines
High levels of integrity and self-motivation
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn about new industries and apply knowledge
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
