Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor! Are you ready to make a difference in the property industry? We are on the lookout for two enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic team for a temporary contract of 3 months, with the potential for a permanent position!

Job Responsibility:

Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls
Processing Invoices and Managing Payments
Setting Up Direct Debits and Tailored Payment Plans
Investigating Account Discrepancies
Supporting Families through Sensitive Estate Matters
Using Systems for Card Payments

Requirements:

A cheerful disposition and a passion for helping others
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory
