Job Responsibility:
Providing comprehensive administrative support across various departmental functions
Logging, monitoring, and ensuring timely follow-up of complaints until resolution
Managing and responding to incoming emails with clarity and professionalism
Drafting and utilising standardised template responses to ensure consistency and efficiency in communication
Engaging with members of the public to uphold and promote our client's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in managing customer complaints
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software and handling multi-line phone systems.
