Job Responsibility:
Make high‑volume outbound calls to residents in social housing to arrange engineer visits
Answer incoming queries and provide clear, polite updates regarding bookings and installation times
Coordinate schedules and ensure all appointment information is logged accurately
Work closely with engineers and internal teams to confirm availability and job details
Follow communication guidelines and handle sometimes challenging conversations professionally
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel supported and informed throughout the process
Requirements:
Confident on the phone and comfortable handling large volumes of calls
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work at pace and manage changing priorities
Previous experience in customer service, call handling or scheduling is desirable but not essential
