Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly face of our client's expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in a supportive and fast-paced office environment!

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing
Produce and follow up on quotations
Progress priority orders to ensure timely delivery
Support external sales and marketing activities
General office administration tasks

Requirements:

A natural customer/commercial focus
Ability to absorb and retain new information
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong IT skills (MS Office)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Good literacy and numeracy
Strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience in a small to medium-sized company
Familiarity with office systems or databases
Understanding of general business processes
Additional language skills
