Job Description:

We're looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Administrators to join a growing business in Tonbridge. These roles are offered on a part-time/job share basis, perfect for candidates seeking flexibility while contributing to a supportive and professional team.

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and video calls
Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders
Ensure priority orders are processed efficiently
Assist with general customer support and team coordination
Carry out day-to-day office administration tasks

Requirements:

A strong customer focus and friendly approach
Confident and professional communication skills
Good IT skills (MS Office)
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong literacy and numeracy
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
Familiarity with office systems or databases
Ability to work well in a small team environment
Additional language skills
