Customer Service Administrator

• Be the Primary Contact: Act as the go-to person for orders, queries, and appointment coordination
• Enhance Communication: Liaise effectively between customers and our business partners to support seamless service delivery
• Handle Inbound Communications: Manage calls, emails, and letters with professionalism and a friendly demeanour
• Order Processing: Process new and repeat orders for stock and bespoke orthotic products efficiently
• Stock Management: Oversee stock movement and ensure timely delivery for patient appointments
• Issue Escalation: Know when to escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Manager
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule and amend patient appointments to optimise clinic capacity and reduce delays

• Strong communication skills with a cheerful and professional tone
• A proactive attitude and a passion for patient care
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
• Team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a medical or health setting, is a plus
