Join our Award-Winning client as a Customer Sales Executive! As a Customer Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and maintaining our clients reputation for excellence. You'll be the voice of their brand, building strong relationships with their valued customers and helping them discover the perfect products from their diverse portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct both inbound and outbound calls, as well as communicate via email, to drive revenue growth
Outbound calls will be made up of 80% warm/existing clients and 20% to an existing client base of lapsed accounts
Manage existing customer accounts, from taking orders to identifying upselling opportunities and promoting new products
Generate new leads and pass them on to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and other relevant information for easy access by the team
Gather feedback on promotional activities and customer experiences to share with the team
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the client's portfolio, including production, history, brands, industry trends, and profiles
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service based role
Strong communication and presentation skills, both over the phone and in writing
Confidence in speaking with customers over the telephone and the ability to sell through service
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business platforms
