Job Description:

Be the welcoming face that makes every IKEA visit feel smooth and stress-free. As a Customer Relations Co-worker, you'll be at checkouts and other key touchpoints—helping with purchases, returns, and questions to ensure customers leave happy.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve customer complaints
Deal positively and quickly with issues raised
Ensure accurate handling of returned products
Highlight and escalate product issues
Support customers with product assembly difficulties
Order and exchange spare parts
Carry out admin tasks for product and customer queries

Requirements:

Take initiative
Juggle several responsibilities at once
Value teamwork
Complete assignments without direct supervision

Computer literate

Maintain composure and patience when dealing with customers and complex complaints
