Job Description:

We are IKEA Exeter are excited to invite enthusiastic and friendly people to join our amazing Customer Relations team. We have a 12-hour weekend-only contract, and 18-hour and 24-hour a week contracts that involve working 3 in 4 weekends a month, with shifts through the week.

Job Responsibility:

Create a positive experience for customers
Work with colleagues to improve customer experience
Meet and greet customers
Assist customers at check-outs and returns desk
Support customers to pay at tills
Build loyalty by listening to customers

Requirements:

Experience in a team environment
Passion for learning
Enthusiasm for offering a superb customer experience
Retail or customer-facing experience is desirable
Willingness to work in a fast-paced role

Nice to have:

Retail or customer-facing experience
