Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, this Associate role ensures a positive and joyful shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers. This role requires flexibility in work hours, depending on store operational requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure positive and joyful shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers
Handle and resolve customer difficulties, particularly in IKEA products assembly
Exchange component parts when needed
Develop strong knowledge of all items to effectively handle customer inquiries
Escalate higher issues with relevant information to manager
Ensure IKEA store is a safe and secure environment at all times
Understand IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools and working methods
Requirements:
Experience working in a customer-service role and a fast-paced retail environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
