This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll assist customers, manage signage orders, and support our design and production teams. This is an entry-level customer and operations support role with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility based on performance and tenure.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Answer phone/email inquiries
Guide customers through sign options and gather project details
Prepare quotes, process payments, and manage order approvals
Coordinate with in-house design and production teams
Occasionally assist with local deliveries or site surveys
Keep the front of house organized and professional
Support light marketing and administrative tasks
