Robert Half is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist. We are looking for an experienced person who can contribute efficiently to day-to-day operations along with supporting office staff and members. Essential duties include greeting visitors, assisting callers, answering telephone calls, assisting members with inquiries, data entry, processing mail, and performing administrative duties. Applicants must have at least 2 years of related experience and strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Job Responsibility:
Greets and directs all visitors
Assist callers, relays messages and announces visitors
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to appropriate person/department
Assists members with all inquiries and requests
Assist with data entry as needed
Process, log, sorts and distributes incoming/outgoing mail and facsimiles
May be required to assist other administrative staff
Performs other general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
Must be able to work efficiently as well as be proactive and resourceful
