We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with team members to resolve inquiries. Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns
Maintain and update customer records in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with Division Order Analysts to address complex customer inquiries and issues
Conduct research on customer accounts as needed to assist with problem resolution
Handle release requests and other administrative tasks related to customer accounts
Utilize SAP and other systems to support customer service operations, with training provided as needed
Work independently while adhering to organizational processes and maintaining high standards of professionalism
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills in daily tasks
Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and inquiries with a focus on detail and precision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred, but training will be provided
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience working in the energy sector or with hotline operations is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous
