Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist / Client Associate to join our team in Aspen, Colorado. This is a Contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. The role involves supporting retail operations, assisting client advisors, and ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient operations
Assist client advisors with gift wrapping and other customer service tasks
Fold and arrange merchandise to uphold store presentation standards
Provide in-store hospitality by serving refreshments and enhancing the shopping experience
Support client advisors by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
Adapt to varying levels of store activity, from quiet periods to busier times
Contribute to creating a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
Strong communication skills with a focus on client interactions
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively
Ability to answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Experience in high-end retail environments preferred
A proactive attitude and willingness to support various store functions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to both busy and slow periods in the store
