Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join a team in Nicholasville, Kentucky. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support to small manufacturing clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, accurate data management, and collaborative teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation
Maintain and update detailed reports and spreadsheets to support departmental operations
Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure records are organized and accessible
Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer-related issues
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations
Participate in projects and provide consistent focus on enhancing the customer experience
Assist in creating and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and team members
Represent the customer service team in internal meetings or customer calls when necessary
Perform data entry for customized customer orders with a focus on precision and attention to detail
Take on additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the department

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving
Motivated team player with a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a role that involves sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
