Job Responsibility:

Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
Process financial transactions, including cash handling, check cashing, and payment services, with precision
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through efficient data entry and adherence to company policies
Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and ensure seamless follow-up
Assist customers in understanding product benefits and resolving concerns with attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
Uphold compliance standards by following company policies and financial regulations
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience
Manage high-pressure situations effectively while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor
Provide support in retail or call-center environments with high-volume customer interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in cash handling, such as teller roles, retail checkout, or check cashing services
Strong background in customer service within retail, call center, or similar environments
Proficiency in data entry and CRM tools with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
Familiarity with retail operations or environments requiring high customer interaction
Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently as needed
