Job Responsibility:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and processes to assist clients effectively
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
Ensure client concerns are addressed by working collaboratively with relevant internal teams
Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system for accurate recordkeeping and reporting
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement
Suggest enhancements to processes or services that can improve the client experience
Build relationships and trust with customers by providing clear and helpful communication
Assist in training team members on customer service best practices to promote consistency and excellence in client interactions
Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and report findings to leadership
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align customer strategies with broader business goals
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles (2+ years preferred)
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to handle challenging conversations while remaining empathetic and solution-oriented
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify trends and propose actionable improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
A solid understanding of client relationship management and service improvement strategies
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor’s degree or specialized certifications preferred
