Customer Experience Specialist

• Assist customers in opening new accounts and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their needs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities using CRM tools
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and streamline processes
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other database tools to analyze customer data and generate reports
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and success
• Uphold a detail-oriented image by adhering to business casual dress codes and maintaining a positive demeanor
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Manage customer concerns effectively, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction
• Support the team in achieving performance goals and enhancing service quality

• Proven experience in customer service or customer experience roles
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and database tools
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and EO/IR systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work part-time hours, including Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
