Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Kentucky. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to communicate effectively and utilize field service management tools will be critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate appointment scheduling and provide timely communication regarding services performed and upcoming work
Use field service management software to analyze customer histories, assess needs, and guide them to suitable resolutions
Address unresolved issues by utilizing field service management tools and maintaining clear communication with customers
Engage with concerned customers empathetically, ensuring their concerns are addressed and they leave with a positive impression
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team for further assistance
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using relevant systems
Support the service department by managing account receivables in accordance with established procedures

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in assisting customers and providing exceptional service
Background in call center customer support or similar roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer inquiries
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately maintain records
Familiarity with field service management software is a plus
