Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in El Cajon, California. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer interactions and satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, to engage potential customers and increase awareness
Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
Provide guidance to customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed effectively
Set up workspaces, promotional areas, or events, ensuring they are organized and ready for customer interaction
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace or event area after activities are completed
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Respond to inbound calls promptly, offering solutions and support to customer inquiries
Assist customers with billing and benefit-related functions, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
Leverage tools such as Epic Software and Avaya CMS to streamline processes and provide efficient service
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within financial services
Proficiency in using software tools such as CRM systems, Epic Software, and Avaya CMS
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers
Ability to multitask and handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with billing and benefit-related procedures
Capability to set up and maintain organized workspaces or event areas
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Comfortable working in a contract position with flexibility and adaptability
