Job Responsibility:
Conduct customer check-in
Assist customers at the ticket desk
Handle customer queries at check-in, ticket desk and gate desk
Support guests with special needs
Assist pre-boarding guests and provide information on flight schedules and routes
Act as Ground Hosts and Hostesses
Requirements:
High school diploma or academic equivalent
Ticketing knowledge is an asset
Experience in a similar role is an asset
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest
Must obtain any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country of interest prior to start date
Linguistic fluency
Priority given to candidates completely fluent in German and in English
