Customer Experience Specialist

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide thorough support through a ticketing system
• Assist customers experiencing device issues by guiding them through replacement processes and available resources
• Offer detailed explanations of product features and usage to enhance customer understanding
• Troubleshoot app, device, and WiFi connectivity issues to resolve technical problems
• Manage warranty claims and oversee product return processes efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to advocate for customer needs and improve processes
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering compassionate and effective service
• Monitor and document customer feedback to identify trends and suggest product improvements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote support environment
• Proficiency in using customer service tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
• Adaptability to change and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud technologies is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database management
