We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their concerns are addressed with care and professionalism. Based in San Francisco, California, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by representing the voice of our customers and contributing to process improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries through a ticketing system, offering prompt and empathetic support
Assist customers with order-related issues, including troubleshooting device malfunctions and guiding them through replacement processes
Provide clear explanations of product features and usability to enhance customer understanding
Troubleshoot app, frame, and WiFi connectivity issues to ensure seamless user experiences
Manage warranty claims and facilitate product returns in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with team members and other departments to represent customer feedback and drive improvements
Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional service
Adapt to changes and challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote support setting
Proficiency with customer service software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a dynamic environment
Familiarity with cloud technologies and CRM systems is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
