Customer Experience Specialist

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• schedule appointments for the sales team while maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM system
• respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and online communication channels
• adhere to communication guidelines and scripts to address a variety of customer concerns
• identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and offer appropriate solutions
• monitor and track all customer interactions within the designated company systems
• assist in hiring and training new team members as required
• meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including qualitative and quantitative targets

• High school diploma or equivalent
• a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role
• proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant computer programs
• strong customer focus with an ability to adapt to diverse personality types
• excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• a team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and dependability
• positive and detail-oriented attitude in all interactions
• bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
