Assist customers in understanding traffic laws and regulations, providing clear and concise explanations

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Proficiency in handling multi-browsers and navigating computer programs effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective email correspondence and phone interactions
Experience troubleshooting connectivity problems and providing technical assistance
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for managing customer data
