Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through inbound calls
Accurately handle financial transactions, including cash handling, check cashing, and payment processing
Maintain precise records by performing data entry tasks and adhering to company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve challenges effectively
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and track interactions efficiently
Offer guidance to customers regarding service benefits and product features
Stay organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks without compromising quality
Uphold compliance standards by following established procedures and regulations
Contribute to team goals by demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Continuously enhance knowledge of company products, services, and systems to better assist customers

Requirements:

Proven experience in cash handling, such as roles in banking, retail, or check cashing services
Strong background in delivering outstanding customer service in retail or call center settings
Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated teamwork and independent problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in high-volume retail or customer-focused roles is highly desirable
