We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist for a 9-month contract at a company in Overland Park, KS In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance overall satisfaction and program usage
Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
Handle escalated issues by directing them to the appropriate team members or leadership when necessary
De-escalate challenging interactions while maintaining professionalism and delivering outstanding support
Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in company systems
Meet or exceed departmental metrics, including service level agreements and performance standards
Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to team discussions to improve processes and documentation
Provide valuable insights during client reviews and collaborate on actionable plans to enhance program outcomes
Support new program implementations by offering feedback and assistance with processes and procedures
Complete administrative tasks such as account updates, billing preparation, and onboarding new users efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
Proficiency in handling multi-browser navigation and email correspondence
Strong skills in managing customer success and resolving account discrepancies
Ability to address account inquiries with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated expertise in data entry and managing customer records
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to handle difficult situations effectively
Commitment to meeting performance metrics and service level standards
Adaptability to change and a positive attitude towards evolving processes and systems
